When we meet, our goal is to determine your needs and create a project scope and prints. This allows us to generate a proposal outlining each facet of work, including the equipment that will be specified. This is then presented for approval.
After the project is given the green light, our team engineers the final plans and documents. Once complete, installation begins with the ordering of products. Some programming, setup and building begins in house.
Once the project is complete, we do not consider it finished until you sign off. This means we complete a thorough walk-through of all the work. Your salesperson will complete a training, highlighting the features of the installed systems.
Our sales team is not just the initial contact that sells you our products and services. They are your complete guide to what your home or business could be with the right technology. They remain a main point of contact throughout the project and are always available to answer any questions you might have.
This talented group of individuals are the worker bees of every project. They are extensively trained and experienced with every piece of technology they install. Often acting as consultants for the sales team, they provide valuable information and solutions to any challenges encountered.
We believe in having a manager on-site with every project. This ensures the highest quality installation and allows you, the client, to have a main point of contact available for any questions that come up. When a project manager is always available, projects go smoothly and your feedback is easily heard and responded to.
