a. Absolutely! If WIRED did not install your system, we will do a one-time system evaluation before completing your enrollment.

a. Our quarterly maintenance checks are designed to prevent most issues that affect your system’s performance, but unfortunately, we cannot control everything that might conflict with your system. In the event you are experiencing problems the first step is to call into our Service Desk and speak with our technician. In most instances, we can resolve your issue remotely and get you back up and running. In the rare instance where we cannot resolve the issue remotely, we will have to send a technician to your home. If we must send a technician, there will be charges. Charges vary depending on Service Plan, but we can let you know what those hourly charges are before we begin work.
a. Our Service department will call you to schedule a quarterly check-up that works with your schedule. When our technician will notify you when they arrive on-site and will leave a copy of your system evaluation upon completion.
a. We understand schedules move. We are happy to reschedule the quarterly visits up to the day before with no charge. If the appointment is canceled within 4 hours of the scheduled visit there will be a re-scheduling fee.

The system checks involve almost 100 checkpoints that include cycling through the functions of the systems, ensuring updates are completed, batteries are checked, networks are working properly and components are cleaned. This list has been created, and continues to evolve, based on best practices to keep your system running flawlessly.
